If you would like a more hands off approach to leasing your property, we offer a contract between yourself the landlord/agent and ourselves the company.
The benefits of a company let is that it offers you security as the tenancy is between an organisation and company rather than the organisation and a tenant. Company lets often minimise the risk of arrears and maximise the assurance of a consistent, reliable tenancy.
